He recently won the Uk beatbox championships Northen heat and has been beatboxing for around 4 years, his talents also strech to producing which he has been at for just over a year. DJ COUNTDOWN In 1983 D.J.COUNTDOWN got into the world of Hip Hop through his BMX Freestyle, where Hip Hop Electro was the Music to ride your BMX too. This soon progressed into his love for Hip Hop, DJing,Rapping & Graffiti.He discovered his amazing Scratching abilities at the Age of Eleven whilst messing with his Dad's Double cassette deck Toshiba HI-FI system.At the age of 14, He sold his BMX to buy some decks from Richer Sounds.He bought two Tensi belt drive turntable for £20 each and a Realistic Mixer from Tandy.He now had the basic tools to master his Trade mark Scratching abilities which have landed there way onto some of the worlds greatest HIP HOP artists.
SIR SMURF LIL', JYAGER & DJ TREE (YNR) Sir'smurf (1/4th of The Colony) was first introduced to the Hiphop scene (known for his generic flow patterns) at many open mic sessions such as The Homegrown Bless the Mic Show, and various clubs across the inner city of London. Smurf has been currently adding finishing touches to his debut L.P entitled Myalpha a YnR release due to drop this year 2006, Jehst production. It is no exaggeration to say that smurf brings that refreshingly ear pleasing feel to the Hiphop scene.
